If you are here to download a certificate for a workshop you attended, please register. If you do not see the course listed, please contact me. If your course is listed, click on "Take this course only." Then email me for access to your certificate.

We reserve the right to contact you with any questions about your licensure from any board of nursing or other legal or regulatory agencies. We reserve the right to refund the course fee and not allow access to anyone at our discretion. Registration at this site gives us permission to notify you of our educational products and services.

REFUND POLICY APPROVED BY THE KSBN: Please request preapproval before you pay for a course. If you are not able to access your course after payment, your fee will be refunded within 24 hours of notification. Culture Advantage MUST RECEIVE NOTIFICATION WITHIN 24 HOURS. Per KSBN approval, you MUST notify Culture Advantage that you were not able to access the course and that you have followed instructions as provided. Your fee will be refunded if you were not able to access the course AND you have not taken the exam.
