1. Paid Access Site:

You must CONFIRM your subscription before you are allowed to access the Paid Access courses.

After subscribing for PAID ACCESS, check your email and click on the CONFIRMATION link. Paid Access site is for the HIV and Cultural Competency Courses. This does not include courses at the etraining site.

This is for your own protection. Confirmation of your email address with PAYPAL is needed to ensure that credits, refunds and cancellations are credited to your account. This is a separate confirmation from your Course Registration. You are not allowed to access the certificates without this confirmation.

In order to prevent fraudulent use of your PayPal account, we reserve the right to cancel UNCONFIRMED subscriptions within 24 hours.
If the log records show that you were not able to take any courses during this time period, your fee will be refunded.

2. etraining site (http://www.culture-advantage.com/etraining/):

Immediately after payment, you should be able to access the courses.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you are not able to access the courses after payment. This site does not include the HIV and Cultural Competency Series courses.

Printing Certificates

If you took the courses from these pages:

Cultural Competency Series
HIV COURSES
1. The certificate is printed from the test results page. After taking the exam, click on Submit Results.
2. The results printed is the certificate.
3. Click on FILE, located on the left upper corner of your browser.
4. Click on Print Preview, located below the FILE Menu.
5. Depending on the browser you are using, it may take at least 30-60 seconds for the page to finish loading. The site works best on Internet Explorer.
6. Click on PRINT, after you click on PRINT Preview.
7. You may print as many certificates as you need, and you may scan the printed certificate for your records.
For these courses, you are responsible for PRINTING the certificates after the exams. Copies of certificates are not provided because you can retake the exam as many times as needed to print your certificate. You only need to complete the course evaluation once per course.
You may request a course completion verification for $5.00 if needed, so please make sure to print your certificates immediately after taking the exams. Course verification is only a statement that you have completed the course.
If you took courses from the eTraining COURSE AREA: eTraining site
1. Log in at the etraining site with your COURSE REGISTRATION log in info that you used to take courses.
2. Locate the courses you have completed from the COURSE LIST.
3. At the course description for each course, click on the JPG certificate. This is your certificate of completion.
For cancelled memberships, you may request copies of certificates for courses taken at the COURSE AREA through our Certificate Service.
