How do I take a free course?
Register and log in. Click on Course List or under Available courses. You may have to click on ALL COURSES to see all of the courses On one page. Then look for a course that is designated FREE. The new courses that are under evaluation are offered free for a limited time.

Are
your courses acceptable for continuing education in my state?
Are your CE's approved for the state of
Texas?
MOST states accept continuing education that are accredited by
other states board of nursing. The following boards of nursing, as of this date, accept courses that have been approved by other SBNs for continuing education. Please check with your state board of nursing.
I prefer
not to pay online.
I do not have a PayPal account. How do I pay for a course?
Payment through PayPal is a secure process. Signing up for a PayPal
account only takes a few minutes through the link provided. My PayPal
account id is (email me to request).
You may pay with ANY credit card. When you get to the Payment Area, fill in the other credit card information instead of using the PayPal log in.
Why don't you respond to my emails??
This question was asked by someone with an Earthlink Spam Blocker
program that was blocking my emails. If you wish to receive a reply
from me, please add me to your contact list or address list so that my
emails are not blocked. I have tried numerous times to follow the
directions of the Spam Blocker, but apparently my emails were not
reaching this person. If you are not receving a reply, please
make sure that you typed your correct email address or provide an
alternate email address. Or send me a text message. The phone number is given to you after you register.
Also make sure that you have provided me with a valid email address. For example: This is not a valid email address: mmmmm@yaho.com. If there are mis-spelled words in your email address, your message will not reach me.
Are your CE courses approved by CECBEMS, (other organizaitons)??
CECBEMS is the national
accrediting body for EMS continuing education courses. No, Culture
Advantage has not applied to be a provider for CEBEMS.
Some accrediting agencies do accept continuing education from other
accrediting bodies with proof of attendance, course description,
content, and proof of accreditation. In other cases, they may accept
accredited CNE courses as independent study. Please check with
your accreditation agencies if the courses are acceptable or not.

I took the test
for Cultural competency. I am having trouble printing my certificate.
Can you send it to me at my email address.
Yes, I will email your certificate upon request. Please make sure that
you have a valid email address. There is a charge of $5.00 per certificate emailed to your address, payable through PayPal. However, after you take a course, you can access your certificate yourself and download it and print it later for your use.
To PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE AFTER TAKING A COURSE: Make sure you are logged in. Click on the course list. Click on the course you have completed and you will find the JPG Certificate link.
Click on "JPG certificate" and it will open up your ready-to-print
certificate.
Please download your certificates to your harddrive for your own record.
I will mail certificates to your mailing address with $10.00 printing and mailing fee percourse. Please pay $10.00 by PayPal and email me with your request for printed CE certificate and with your mailing address.
Due to the large number of inquiries, we are unable to reply to all messages individually. Please check the following guidelines for response times so you can plan accordingly.

- For FREE Courses: 1-2 weeks. If answers are available from the FAQ Page, no individual replies will be sent.
- For Individual FEE Courses: You should receive access to your course immediately upon payment.
Send an email or a text message immediately if you are not able to access your course. Response time: 4 hours -24 hours.
- If you signed up for ACCESS to ALL courses: Send email or text message immediately after signing up for access to ALL Courses. You will receive access within 24 hours of notification.
- Other Inquiries: Send email through the website. For urgent inquiries, text message, or email, or by phone. Thank you for your understanding.

do I complete the course evaluations?
Course evaluation links are immediately available upon completion of
the exam. Click "OK" after the statement "evaluations are required for
contact hours".
